2. Customer Responsibilities
• Ensure items sent are suitable for dry cleaning/laundry.
• Disclose any stains, damage, or special care requirements.
• Collect or accept delivery of items within the agreed time frame.
3. Pickup & Delivery
• Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must be available at the scheduled time. Rescheduling may incur additional charges.
4. Payments
• All services must be paid for as per the pricing listed on our website or communicated at the time of booking.
• We accept payment via cash and digital platforms as well.
5. Liability
• While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage, color fading, or shrinkage.
• Items without care labels.
• Our maximum liability, if proven at fault, will not exceed [X times] the cleaning cost of the item.
6. Uncollected Items
Garments not collected within [60/90] days may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.
